Yes. All of my kits are 100% royalty-free for:

• 
  Online beat leasing (YouTube, BeatStars, etc.)
  
• 
  Independent releases under 1 million streams
  

However:

• 
  Once a release passes 1 million streams, the sample/loop must be cleared.
  
• 
  In that case, royalties and publishing will be split fairly between you and me.
  

⚠️ Note: Some kits are entirely royalty-free with no clearance needed. Each product page will clearly state whether a kit requires clearance after 1M streams or if it is fully royalty-free.

If you place a record on a MAJOR LABEL using the sample(s), you will split the publishing with
Maserati Sparks & Co-Production credit + fair split on up-front producer fee (where applicable). If
you plan to release independently or upload the beat/song to all DSPs, YouTube, SoundCloud or
any other form of streaming you will still need to clear the sample(s). CONTACT:
